Employee Mutual Ethics
  • Forming factions or engaging in discrimination based on one’s educational attainment, gender, religion, kinship, hometown, etc. is prohibited.
  • Improper solicitation, money trading, and bribery are prohibited among employees.
    However, inexpensive gifts (up to KRW 50,000) for socially acceptable occasions such as birthday, family occasions, etc. are allowed.
Intellectual property and
asset protection
  • The company shall not trade in securities by using information acquired in the course of business.
  • Information on the company's business/financial/human resources/technology that is not disclosed to the public shall be kept and managed confidentially, and it shall not be leaked or disclosed to a third party without prior permission or approval according to the company's stipulated policies and procedures.
  • The programs and materials that are the subject of other people's intellectual property rights shall not be used without the company's approval, and any infringements such as unauthorized use, duplication, distribution, or modification shall not be conducted.
Prohibition of bribery and improper solicitation
  • Bribes shall not be given to executives and employees of customer companies or public officials.
  • Improper solicitations to public officials shall not be made.
No collusion/conspiracy
  • Collusion with competitors shall be prohibited in the bidding process or other transaction procedures conducted by customers.
  • Behaviors that infringes upon the interests of customers by colluding with stakeholders shall be forbidden.
Prohibition of Unethical Conduct toward
Subcontractors
  • Employees should not accept money and valuables (including vouchers), reception (including treat to a meal), conveniences, or gifts from external stakeholders.
    However, socially acceptable reception or offering of conveniences (up to KRW 30,000 per person) or gifts (up to KRW 50,000 per person) are allowed.
  • Valuables and marketable securities are not gifts, so employees must not accept them regardless of occasion.
  • Employees should neither benefit from the vicarious payment of their card bill, credit bill, loans, etc. by external stakeholders nor receive any profits in property, such as movable assets, real estate, marketable securities, business rights, and membership from them.
  • Employees should not be involved in any economic transactions, including cash loan, sales and purchase, and lease, with external stakeholders.
  • Employees should not be offered security (including surety) by external stakeholders.
Voluntary Report
  • Any employee receiving valuables, reception, conveniences, or gifts exceeding the aforementioned criteria should report to the ethics management department within two days.
